Outgoing Mobility Process

 

Procedures

 

 

Requirements:

  1. Enrolled as an active student of UMK during application and program exchange
  2. Minimum 3 to 6 semester students at Universitas Muria Kudus
  3. Have minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00
  4. Have minimum TOEFL score of 400, iBT 80 or IELTS 6 (Based on destiny country)
  5. Follow all the regulations which have been set by UMK and the partner university
  6. Follow the selection process and nominated officially by the Office of the International Affairs UMK

 

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of academic transcript
  2. Fill in the registration form
  3. Certificate of Enrollment
  4. 4 x 6 size photographs with red background
  5. Curriculum vitae
  6. (LoA- Letter of Acceptance) from Host University
  7. Health Certificate from certified physician
  8. Recommendation/Nomination letter from the Faculty (Dean/Vice Dean of Academic Affairs)
  9. TOEFL Certificate
  10. Confirmation Letter of Participation
  11. Copy of passport
  12. Other requirements adjust the information of each program.

 

Scholarship:

  1. Free air-ticket (round – trip)
  2. Basic medical insurance will be provided
